I make it a point to leave my computer at work when I head home. This physical separation of work and personal life helps me to mentally disconnect from the day's tasks and fully engage with my family time. It's vital to create these physical and mental distinctions between work and home life. Boundaries might look different for everyone, but the key is to find what works for you and commit to it. For me, that means having a separation from my Mac and where I hit the sack.
